ON D ROAD AGAIN
This Saturday saw us again heading on a bit of a road trip to a location over 2 hours away, this time it was the Bicester Heritage centre for the RADwood show. This show is mainly a celebration of all things ‘80’s and ‘90’s but also had the final of the UK’s Hotwheels Legends tour.
We had entered but didn’t make the top 10, but were invited to the show to see the final. The top 10 cars were all amazing and the winner was a modified MGB GT, we didn’t get to film the Hotwheels cars but did get footage of the rest of the show, this can be found on our YouTube.
There were some fantastic ‘80’s and ‘90’s cars on display and some absolute classics, The highlight of the day for us was definitely getting to meet and chat with the motorsport legend that is Steve Parrish, he is a real gentleman and took the time to listen to us share our story and he’s even retweeted it on twitter.
Sunday saw us attend the Doubleclutch UK pit stop meet at the Suffolk Aviation Centre, this is a regular meet for us and it’s held once a month. This time we actually managed to get a video at last, and even cracked the drone out for a couple of aerial clips, Again this video can be found on our YouTube.
In other news things have been going well at the academy, giving it a little revamp and getting some new cars and projects in, also… don’t forget to check out TOP FUEL TEACHERS YouTube channel and see the antics we get up to.
